Description
In the spring of 2020, following the COVID recommendations to "stay close to home" Gretchen Markle limited her daily walks to Witty's Lagoon Park. She went at sunrise for the sake of the birds and the light -- and social distancing. The journal was intended to be a personal record of the changes in flora and fauna she observed over several months. Friends admired the beautiful records she kept over this period and felt that they should be shared with a wider audience.
Reproductions of Gretchen's journal are available for sale at ArtPod during its open hours ($25 per copy).
Visitors are welcome whenever the art centre is open. Masks must be worn
