Italy is home to many different shapes of pasta, and some of them became iconic of Italian cuisine across the planet, such as tortellini, ring-shaped stuffed pasta traditional of Emilia.

 

Less known, passatelli are a delicious pasta that also originated in Emilia-Romagna.Come to the Centre and join Chef and Pasta Master extraordinaire at the restaurant Nightingale, Sergio Cinti, as he unlocks the secrets of tortellini and passatelli in an intimate, hands-on class; learn to make your own dough, how to stretch it using a pasta machine, and finally how to cut it, stuff it, and shape it. At the end of the class, you will taste or bring home the pasta you made.All attendees will receiving a coupon for a complimentary dessert at Nightingale.

 

Bring your mask, gloves if you feel like wearing them, an apron, a clean container, warm and comfortable clothes and shoes, and – don’t forget to bring an appetite! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine, as well.
