Nourishing & calming, Sunday Bliss will begin with a gentle warm-up, anchoring in the breath. We’ll move through a series of upright & lifting poses to warm the body & gather energy, followed by yin/restorative poses to open the deep tissues & calm the mind. Closing with savasana, this centering class is the perfect way to transition into the new week.Open to all yogis, newbie and well-seasoned!
