Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the physical practice of Yoga, along with yogic breathing, relaxation, and positive thinking techniques.
Receive guidance on posture, mind-body awareness, and stress relief that you can apply to daily living to keep you healthy and pain-free. Jenny Feick provides verbal alignment guidance for easy to moderately challenging yoga poses and slow, flowing sequences, as well as modifications and alternatives as needed to ensure your experience feels safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. At the end of each class, enjoy a deliciously deep relaxation period to integrate the benefits generated by the practice.
This semi-private yoga class takes place online or in the comfort of a living room in a house near the Gorge Waterway. As you practice yoga, watch the morning light on the water and observe the birds in the trees. During the pandemic, only a maximum of three people will be able to register for each class.
Note: If you want to participate online, please send an email to naturewiseyoga@gmail.com. After you e-transfer $18.00 you will receive the meeting ID and passcode you need to join the class.
