Description

The Bay Centre is excited to be hosting the Festival of Trees—a must-see event known as Victoria’s unofficial kick-off to the holiday season for the last 28 years.

As you can imagine, 2020 has taken a toll on charitable organizations like BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. That’s why this year it’s even more important to continue with the Festival of Trees event to raise funds and awareness for the sickest and most injured kids across the province including those right here in Victoria. In fact, the hospital is one of the province’s 19 primary COVID hospital care sites. Physicians, nurses, and support service staff at the hospital are having to overcome bigger obstacles than ever to care for kids from across the province.

With this in mind, we invite you to be immersed in the festive season as you tour a lush forest of one-of-a-kind decorated trees at the Bay Centre. While you’re there, be sure to donate to vote for your favourite tree in support of BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

Festival of Trees is open daily during Bay Centre shopping centre hours. Closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. For more information please visit www.bcchf.ca/fot.
