WHAT IS LUNCH + LIFT?
This FREE 1-hour interactive workshop over Zoom consists of a 30-minute fitness class led by a UBC Recreation Fitness Instructor, followed by a 30-minute interactive session led by a UBC guest speaker. This workshop will not only allow you to get some exercise in over lunch time, but will also provide you with some great tips on various topics from Nutrition, Self-Care, Mental Health, and more!WHO IS THIS FOR?
Students, Staff, Faculty, and UBC Community Members are all welcome to participate. No fitness or nutrition experience is required to attend. This session will be applicable for all levels of ability/knowledge.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A laptop is recommended but you can use your smartphone or tablet. Please have a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.*Registration is required for prize entry
