This course will meet on Monday evenings for 6 weeks, from February 2nd until March 15th (No class on Monday, February 15 - Family Day).

As parents, we can often become overwhelmed with the busyness of life. We lose touch with the sheer joy of being a parent. The stresses on today's family can include school, health, shared custody, and more. There seems to be an overload of information and activity.

Lighthouse Parent supports you to reconnect with the parent you hope to be and provides plenty of opportunity to discuss what is currently working for you and the shifts you would like to see to happen. We practice practical skills and offer each other support as we work through the pitfalls and challenges of modern parenting.
